| What is a diaper cake? Diaper cakes, or baby shower cakes, are rolled up diapers that are stacked to resemble a tiered cake. Useful baby items such as hooded towels, receiving blankets, bibs and burp cloths are wrapped around the layers and extra special goodies such as toys, pacifiers, nail clippers, socks, toiletries, etc. are tucked in to make the ultimate baby gift! Perfect for a new mom, but also great for 2nd ,3rd and beyond time parents too, after all, what could be more practical for any new arrival than diapers?
A diaper cake makes a beautiful centerpiece if you are hosting a shower, so it can do double duty and save you money by being the centerpiece and the gift! Or-What a nice, practical gift to bring to the hospital that goes beyond the usual balloons and flowers! (although just as beautiful and thoughtful) |

| What is included in ‘misc baby items’? Miscellaneous baby items are useful gifts added to diaper cakes to make them even more special. They will vary to coordinate with the theme of the cake. Each item is subject to availability so we reserve the right to substitute items that may be pictured for those of equal or greater value. If you see something pictured on a cake that you want to make sure is not substituted, email us and we will do our best to make sure the item is included on the cake. Misc. baby items may include, but are not limited to: Toys, nail clippers, nail files, nail scissors, baby shampoo, baby bath, baby powder, baby lotion, baby oil, Q-tips, baby rash ointment, socks, rubber ducks, rattles, pacifiers, toothbrushes, baby spoons, baby washcloths, combs, brushes, medicine droppers, diaper pins.

| Do you do custom orders? Absolutely! Just email us with what you have in mind and we will create something extra special just for you. We will even work off of a BabiesRUs gift registry.
Match your party theme or a nursery, create a special cake for twins, add a certain toy, or diaper size, create a cake for a 1st birthday, the only limit is your (and our) imagination.

| What size diapers do you use? We
use size 1 diapers (8lbs-14lbs). If you
would like a different size, just email us and we will be glad to accommodate
you. (Imagine a diaper cake for a 1st birthday party with larger
diapers and items suited to an older child)

| What shipping methods do you use? We utilize UPS and USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Your shipping cost will be calculated upon check out. Diaper cakes cannot be combined for shipping. Each one is shipped separately. If you would prefer another shipping method, or need a rush order, please contact us.

| How long will it take to receive my order? Please allow up to 5 days for your cake to be handcrafted and then another 2-6 days for shipping. If you need a rush order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate you.

| Can you ship outside the U.S.? Sorry,
we are not shipping outside the U.S. at this time.

| What methods of payment do you accept? We accept PayPal (fund transfer and credit cards) using a secure server. You do not need to be a member of PayPal to pay by credit card and signing up is not required!

| Will you ship directly to the gift recipient? Sure! At your request, we can send the package directly to the gift recipient. Just fill out the shipping information while going through the shopping cart. If your shipping information is different from your billing information, you can write a short message to the gift recipient in the ‘message to gift recipient’ section in the shopping cart. Your name and message will be hand written on the back of the recipe card attached to the cake.
Execeptions: Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. box and will not ship directly to hospitals due to short lengths of stay.

What is your return policy? Because all of our products are handmade, personalized and/or custom made - All Sales are Final. We do not accept Returns or Exchanges.
If an item is returned to us unopened because it was refused or declared undeliverable, you have the option to re-ship and to pay the additional shipping charges.
We assume no liability for products damaged during shipping or packages lost or improperly delivered by the freight carrier. You must file your claim directly with the freight carrier for reimbursement.
Errors with your order must be reported within 5 days from receipt of your shipment. Error correction is limited to the purchase price of the products in question.
